Cut a clip from an audio file
Set start and end times and download your trimmed clip as an MP3.
- 1Open the Audio Trimmer tool.
- 2Drop your audio or video file, or click to select one.
- 3Enter the start and end times (in seconds or MM:SS format).
- 4Click Trim audio and download your clip.
Time format tips
Use whole seconds (e.g. 45) or a MM:SS timestamp (e.g. 1:30).
Leave the end time blank to trim from your start point to the end of the file.
For long files, use HH:MM:SS format (e.g. 1:05:30).
Works with video too
Drop in a video file and the trimmer will extract the audio between your chosen times. The output is always an MP3.
