How to reorder PDF pages

When pages end up out of sequence after a scan, a merge or an export, reordering puts them right. This guide shows how to drag pages into the correct order and save the rearranged PDF.

Tips for reordering

Use page thumbnails to quickly identify which pages are out of place.

If you also need to remove pages, reorder first, then use Delete PDF Pages.

Reordering does not re-render the pages — content and resolution stay identical.
